The First Vice President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, will reveal on Wednesday evidences of an alleged coup d’ etat planned by the right wing for next May 15.
This was announced by President Nicolas Maduro during his program «Contacto con Maduro» (Contact with Maduro) broadcast from Miraflores Palace in Caracas.
The Head of State explained that only he and Cabello knew of the unconstitutional plan, which would result in a blow to democracy.
«They will not enter this house, this is the house of the people and it will know how to defend and conquer in all circumstances; I swear it to you», said Maduro.
The highest executive representative requested the Public Prosecutor to apply an «iron fist» against the violent ones.
