The presidential candidate for the Ample Front of the Homeland, Nicolás Maduro, called on Saturday to Venezuelans to work together to consolidate peace and economic revival.
“Let’s go to consolidate peace, the system of missions and great missions and let’s go to what I am going to devote my whole life: to an economic renaissance, to a new time of prosperity”, said the candidate during his visit to the city of Barcelona, Anzoátegui state, as part of the campaign for the elections on May 20.
He stressed the importance of supporting the revolutionary process to strengthen peace in the country and the system of missions and great missions that has been expanded thanks to the scope of the Carnet de la Patria (Homeland Card) tool.
He invited the revolutionary militancy to fine-tune the electoral machinery to guarantee victory in the elections on May 20, where deputies of the legislative councils of the states will also be elected.
“All the Great Patriotic Pole organized and mobilized in the great 4×4 machine, we have to prepare ourselves in a great machinery of consciousness, will and love. We have to prepare from today because there are 22 days left for the great victory of May 20”, he said.
