“He states against Venezuela, as president of the Exxon Mobil company, not with the height that should have a Secretary of State, he went through Latin America to waste time, to make threats against Venezuela, the diplomacy of the gunships, diplomacy of the threats; Venezuela is not to be threatened by anyone, he has a hatred against Venezuela and it shows in his eyes, in the eyes of that who lost a litigation, who lost a trial with our country, we won against the Exxon Mobil company and they have wanted to take revenge and now he is the Chancellor of the United States and has been isolated”, he explained.

From Miraflores Palace, the National President offered statements to the communications media after holding a meeting with the Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Mohammed Barkindo, where he reiterated his willingness to maintain good relations with the United States, based on respect.
