Maduro thanks the Attorney General of the Republic for research in PDVSA

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, thanked the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, for making an exhaustive investigation into Petróleos de Venezuela, SA (PDVSA) and dismantling the mafias of corruption that operated in the Orinoco Oil Strip and the state oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA). “I thank you for everything you have done, for ordering and doing justice.”

During a meeting held with the workers of this important company for the country, at the headquarters in La Campiña, Caracas, he recalled that since last year several workers of this company had given him reports and letters regarding the situation of corruption within the company. PDVSA: “These serious denounces made me order a large investigation”.

The Head of State demanded the Executive Vice President, Tareck El Aissami and the Minister of Popular Power for Communication and Information, Jorge Rodriguez, to explain and show the country the evidences of corruption mafias that were in the Venezuelan oil company.

“Regarding this there are many things to say about this pile of thieves, gangsters and bandits who believed that PDVSA belonged to them, bandits, thieves, get out of PDVSA”, he concluded.
