President will request to ANC to order full audit of the electoral process

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced that he will request the National Constituent Assembly to order a complete audit of the electoral process carried out on October 15.

“As we have full faith in the transparency of the electoral system, I request the ANC, as Head of State, to order an audit of the entire electoral process”, said the Head of State after the results of the regional elections were known.

This Sunday, the Revolutionary forces won the victory in 17 of the 23 Governorships in dispute, waiting for the result in the Bolivar state, with 54% of the total national votes.

“We conquered Peace with the constituent, now with this victory we will consolidate Peace. To consolidate the difficult path of economic recovery, but we will achieve it”, said the Venezuelan President, and added that the revolution will have new encounters with the popular victory.

Regarding the statements made by opposition leaders of the alleged fraud in the process of the regional elections on October 15, he said that would he send a message to Julio Borges and Henry Ramos Allup, as the main opposition leaders, to accept the election results, legal and transparent, they would come out with any evasiveness.
