The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, attended this Thursday the headquarters of the Original Constituent Power to announce to the country and to deliver before the ANC eight constituent laws for the protection and welfare of the Venezuelan people; these are:
– Law on Sovereign Supply and Agreed Prices (Plan 50 Act)
– Law of Local Committees on Supply and Production (Clap)
– Law for the regulation and operation of the exchange houses
– Law on promotion and protection of foreign investment
– Law of the tax regime for the sovereign development of the Mining Arc
– Law on taxes on large fortunes and estates
– Law of special tax regime for the social protection of the people and sanctions of economic crimes
– Law to create the Agro-Alimentary Consortium of the South
