ANC rejects impertinent and outrageous statements by spokeswoman of US State Department

The National Constituent Assembly rejected statements by US State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert, where she interfered in Venezuelan affairs.

ANC president Delcy Rodríguez, through messages published in her account of the Twitter social network, described as impertinent and outrageous the statements issued by the American official.

She reiterated that the financial blockade recently imposed by the United States Government, which affects the entire people, was requested by the Venezuelan opposition.

Rodríguez recalled how US spokesmen have publicly acknowledged that they will attack the Venezuelan economy in order to affect the Government and people of Venezuela.

She stressed that the ANC decided to unanimously declare as traitors to the Homeland to those who promote the intervention and blockade against Venezuela, these decisions obey the sovereign people and it will never bow to any imperial power.
