«We are going to a great debate, and the President has said so, a debate without dogmatism, without complex. What we are not going to give up is in the defense of the Bolivarian socialist model».
This was assured by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Tareck El Aissami, during the meeting held between the members of the ANC and the National Council of Productive Economy, at the headquarters of PDVSA-La Campiña.
He called for a great national debate that may have as its starting point to build a solidarity, complementary, diversified and sovereign economy, that makes a reality the ruling of the greatest amount of happiness possible for the people.
«We propose that, together with the ANC, is generated a great debate and wide consultation within the framework of the fifteen economic and productive motors!, he said.
The consultation would take place in the territorial order – making visible the potentials installed at a national level – and by sector-by motor, to define the productive capacities.
He reiterated the importance of the National Council of Productive Economics as a space for frank and sincere dialogue with the productive sectors.
El Aissami asked the ANC, on behalf of the Government, to define the path of a real economy, based on a productive economy based on its own capabilities.
He affirmed that the crisis of the rentier model has forced to rethink and to look at the potentialities, not looking at the transnational ports and industries, to begin to satisfy our own needs.
