Venezuela repudiates terrorist attack on the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan


The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela issued an Official Communiqué expressing its most sincere words of solidarity and condolences to the people of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the occasion of the terrorist attack in the diplomatic zone of Kabul.

Similarly, the text reiterates its call to the international community to address and prevent the causes of these irreparable crimes that affect all of humanity.

Communiqué:

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses its sincere words of solidarity and condolences to the people of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the occasion of the terrorist attack in the diplomatic zone of Kabul, located in the Afghan capital’s downtown, which caused the lamentable loss of at least 90 human lives, more than 380 injured and considerable material damages.

Venezuela categorically rejects terrorism in all its forms and expressions and strongly condemns the foreign interference that incites war and the death of innocent peoples with the aim of undermining the sovereignty and independence of the legitimately constituted governments.

It also reiterates its call to the international community to address and prevent the causes of these irreparable crimes that affect all humanity.

Our country, consistent with the principle of solidarity, offers its support to the Afghan people, rejects these violations and hopes for the full recovery of the wounded and the peace of the families affected by this tragic attack, once again ratifying their commitment to the Respect for life

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in vows of solidarity and peace, reiterates its fraternity and friendship with the Afghan People.
