Cabello: There is no peace without justice

The First Vice-President of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, said that it seems that there are some people who, from justice agencies, want to unleash impunity.

«Justice must be timely for it to truly be just. It must be immediate, exemplary, to correct at the time the violation of the laws … it seems that there are those who, from justice agencies, want to unleash impunity», he said during the broadcast of the «Con El Mazo Dando» (Hitting with the Hammer)  program, on its edition No.158, held from Cojedes state.

These statements have to do «with the accommodative positions of some people», he explained, and added that: «A revolution must be done with revolutionary men and women. To be a Revolutionary is not easy, we must endure storms, attacks, accusations, and not give up to the blackmail of the bourgeoisie, much less when one has a position of responsibility».

During his weekly program, dedicated to loyalty, he denounced that we are in the midst of a war promoted by the right wing, and that this must be fought with the application of justice.

He assured that if there is no justice it is difficult to achieve peace, and reiterated that this should be (applied) timely.

«The Revolution is obliged to do whatever deemed necessary for there to be justice, there is no peace without justice», he said.
