In 2016 have been invested nearly 16 billion for housings of the people

During 2016, the National Government has invested Bs 15,948 million for the construction of houses, informed the Minister of Housing, Manuel Quevedo, at a press conference broadcast by the state owned media VTV.
Resources have been taken from the Simon Bolivar Fund, from which were allocated on Monday 272 million bolivars for the construction of homes in the regions and the development of international agreements.
Specifically, will go 252 million bolivars to Pdvsa, 10 million bolivars for cooperation agreements. Bs. 4.5 million for the Zulia region, while the Niueva Esparta state will received 2,278,000 Bolivars.
The Vice Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ildemaro Villaroel, said that to date have been built 1,379,439 houses. Currently is being advanced the building of another 367,636, of which 1,442 were currently completed this week.
This week is expected the delivery of homes in the Capital District, Aragua, Tachira, Bolivar and Zulia states. Will be put under protocol homes in Trujillo state, and lands in Sucre and Cojedes states. The activities of the Great Mission Barrio Nuevo, Barrio Tricolor will be in Aragua and Amazonas.
Sabotage:
Quevedo reported on an alleged plan of “articulated sabotaging” against the GMVV, identified after intelligence work in cases registered in Trujillo, Bolivar and Barinas states. Thus would be -as he explained- the diversion of materials in operations carried out by “elements of the private sector”.
“We have requested support to the National Guard to strengthen surveillance on the roads, in the collection centers and in the planning,” said Quevedo.
Similarly, he denounced the Venezuelan business sector, who despite having participated in the boards to regulate the prices of housings, have not abided by the provisions. He said that the measure directly affects sectors of the middle class.
