Irrationality has taken over the opposition leadership

The deputy of the Block of the Homeland, Julio Chavez, said Tuesday that the speech and acts promoted by some sectors of the political opposition in Venezuela are based on irrationality and pure fascism.

During his participation in the “Al Aire” (On Air) program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), the vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in the states Táchira and Mérida, referred to the most recent violent acts of terrorist groups that accompany the marches promoted by the opposition in which they even attack journalists from private TV stations.

“What happened yesterday (Monday) in the attempt to set on fire the technical staff and a journalist from a television station (Globovisión), strikes at the extreme of fascism, that has nothing to do with the idiosyncrasy, with the culture of our people ” said Chávez.

The private channel’s website reported that while three press workers were covering the opposition demonstration inside the Chacao municipality, several protesters chose to root for the people to take them off the site, a reason why a group of hooded men sprinkled with Gasoline the broadcast  equipment and the workers.

During the interview, the deputy said that the opposition wants to burn the country because they bet on the overthrow of President Nicolás Maduro, they want it to go the good or the bad and they appeal to acts of terrorism to infuse fear.

The revolutionary leader warned of the violent plans that continue to carry out the right wing in the country and that are being financed from the United States with the intention of generating deaths, at the same time called on the Attorney General of the Republic to take this issue in his hands.

“There are the evidence, the evidence of how these things have happened. What these opposition leaders have done is enough; We know that they have a new financing approved by the US government, about 20 million dollars that have come through different ways and mechanisms to the opposition to continue funding these acts, “he said.
