In the Nestor Kirchner hall of Miraflores Palace, the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, welcomed the Cuba-Venezuela High Level Commission to lead a meeting that will focus on cooperation agreements.
Said meeting took place just after the visit the Head of State made days ago to Havana, Cuba.
