“Two important tasks are now to be fulfilled, the first of which is to convert the Local Committees for Supply and Production (CLAP) into the expression of the new economy, and to strengthen the technical capacity of the new “Carnet de la Patria” (Homeland Card) in order to continue advancing in the Bolivarian Revolution”. Thus was assured this Tuesday by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
The Head of State also announced that this week the Homeland Congress for Education is being incorporated into the process of registration of the Homeland Card. “Is starting the Homeland Card for the Congress of the educational sector”, he said in a joint radio and television broadcast.
The announcements were made during the Council of Ministers, held this Tuesday at Miraflores Palace, in Caracas.
