Venezuela will present new proposal to OPEC to stabilize crude oil prices


The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, informed on Sunday that in the coming days he will present to the members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) a new proposal for the stabilization of the crude oil market.

The Head of State also announced on Sunday that he will send to the Oil Produceing and Exporting Countries organization (OPEC) and foreign producers a proposal to maintain the agreement signed last year and move towards market stability.

Finally he also indicated that he will send a national delegation to the 25 countries that signed the OPEC agreement, as reported during his Annual Message to the Nation, held at the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice in Caracas.
