Know the changes in the Executive Team announced by President Maduro


On Wednesday, during the presentation of the Carabobo Offensive Agenda 2017-2018, in the  Mountain Headquarters, in Caracas, the National President, Nicolás Maduro, announced changes in his Executive Team.

“Goals, objectives, strategies, orientation, we have everything and we are strengthening the team, renewing the team, based on our relationships of commitment to the people,” said the Venezuelan Head of State.

He added that it is “A team that bases their relationships in fraternity, solidarity, love.” Know the changes below:

-Tareck El Aissami, new Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

-Nelson Martínez, new Minister of the People’s Power of Petroleum.

-Eulogio del Pino was ratified as President of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

-Elías Jaua, the new Minister of People’s Power for Education, will also assume the Vice Presidency of the Socialist Missions.

-Adán Chavez, new Minister of People’s Power for Culture.

-Hugbel Roa, new Minister of People’s Power for University Education, Science and Technology.

-Francisco Torrealba, new Minister of the People’s Power for Work.

-Antonieta Caporales Zamora, new Minister of People’s Power for Health.

-Aristóbulo Istúriz, Vice-President for Territorial Socialism and Minister of People’s Power for the Communes.

-Erika Farias, new Minister of People’s Power for Urban Agriculture.

-Ramón Velásquez: new Minister of People’s Power for Ecosocialism and Water.

-Cesar Salazar, new Minister of People’s Power for Public Works.

-Carmen Melendez, new Vice President of Politics and Sovereignty.

-Creation of the new Ministry of Economy and Finances, led by Ramón Lobo, who will also assume the Economic Vice Presidency of the nation.
