This Sunday, during her participation in the health journey, the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez reported that today Venezuela adds 423 infections by Covid-19, of which 398 are community transmission and 25 are imported (24 come from Colombia and 1 from Brazil).
Regarding community cases, Rodríguez detailed that the states that have had the highest number of cases are Yaracuy (84), Mérida (61) and Carabobo (45). Likewise, she specified that the recovery rate in Venezuela reached 94%, given that of the 89,565 contagions registered, only 4,845 are active.
Likewise, the Executive Vice President highlighted that it is important to mention that, through a follow-up of the epidemiological map, carried out by the Ministry of People’s Power for Health, it has been verified that “from the second week of September has began to be evident a decrease in the curve”.
In this sense, the figures allow us to consider a great advance in what is the flattening of the curve of transmission and contagion of the virus, which is only possible thanks to the early measures that the Bolivarian Government has taken, prioritizing the health of its citizens before economic interests, highlighted the senior official. “The free treatment schemes that the President has guaranteed in the midst of the commercial, financial and criminal blockade against the Venezuelan people”, are an example of a socialist care, as pointed out the Vice President .
Finally, Rodríguez joined the call made by the head of state, Nicolás Maduro Moros, to raise awareness of “a people who learned to take care of themselves, but who cannot relax in what are protection measures” and prevention of contagion.
Ozone therapy will arrive at CDI and Popular Clinics for its free application:
The Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, announced this Sunday that the National Government will take Ozone Therapy to all Integral Diagnostic Centers (CDI) and Popular Clinics in the country, for its free application. The recovery of patients with Covid-19 to whom Ozone Therapy has been applied is impressive, said the President.
President Maduro indicated that ozone therapy has become fashionable and that clinics are charging large sums of money to administer this treatment. He assured that this is complementary to world treatments and the best treatments in the world that Venezuela has acquired to apply free of charge to the people who have been infected with the disease.
