The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela ratifies the paths of friendship and cooperation with the countries of Africa, planted with deep love by Commander Hugo Chavez, who saw on the African continent to the Motherland, a lighthouse of the peoples struggling for their freedom and independence with courage and determination.
