Venezuela and China consolidate oil alliances

The Minister of People’s Power for Oil and President of PDVSA, Manuel Quevedo, held a meeting of project follow-ups, along with the president of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), in order to review the progress of the Sinovensa joint venture, as reported through his twitter account @MQuevedoF
